Big fan of the forum and everyone's ideas so here is my hat in the ring
We are going to monitor a block of 40 spins, if there hasnti been a hit of a number 3 times after 20 spins we bet all numbers that have hit 2 times in this block, we use a progression of 1 unit on each of the 2 hit numbers up to 36 units, then 2 units up to 72 etc
My record keeping shows a number should hit 3 times every 25-26 spins and almost 3 times by spin 40
What do you guys think?

Welcome to the forum, I think you can have nice winnings with your idea, but there are many events you have to think about before they happen, and set some strict rules. Otherwise you can lose big if something goes wrong.
I have played something very similar recently. I started tracking, and after four numbers have hit 2 times (usually between spin 15-20), I started betting that four numbers with progression. Most of the time one of those four numbers hit for a 3rd time, between spin 20-30 since the beginning of tracking. I never bet more than four numbers. It did go well for a while, I won every session, about 5000 units, but than a bad series came this week, I disobeyed my rules, reloaded twice, kept betting but the win didn't come, and lost it all and some more.
Sometimes you will see ten numbers hit 2 times, before any of the hit for the 3rd time. If you bet ten numbers with progression, it can easily get out of hand. That's why you need to think of every possible outcomes, and what will you do if they happen. To me, this is the hardest part in roulette. I never think about a possible loss when I win 50+ sessions in a row.

Something similar, 4 number's to bet at a time and new 4 number's to keep the hot numbers hot.

Can you clarify how you are using the progression, is it one unit on each of the selected numbers up to 36 spins, then 2 units on each of the numbers?
