What are the chances of this sequence
RRBBRRBBRR? OR BBRRBBRRBB?
Betting 9 stages with 10p units.
And I'm guessing it is the same as any sequence of 9 EC's.
I just wondering what the chances are mathmatically of coming into that run
Thanks
BW

What is the chance to get R or B for the next spin? 50% for Red, 50% for Black, roughly. For sequences, you multiply the odds for each of the decisions, i.e. the chance of RRR or BBB is equal to 1 in 2 X 2 X 2 = 1 in 8. You can do the math for your sequence.

You're correct.

Thanks mistarlupo!
Hi Buff,
If you have a sequence of 10 decisions for even chances, you have a total of 1024 different combinations....So in the example you gave your chances of having that sequence show up is 1 in 1024.
