I think (i know?) the majority play on LIVE-roulette (with real money)... Therefore, i think the MPR should be played with LIVE spins, because i think it would be more useful also for testing and so on...

Rng is unpredictable. Predictable doesn't mean you will get equal reds and blacks. Knowing this doesn't help, at all.

Originally it was real spins. But the majority wanted rng instead. Why? They don't know any better.

To be honest, I prefer Live Roulette and hardly recommend it to everyone... RNG is old-style and is not giving profits anymore as it did time ago...
