Is it possible to manipulate random numbers to create a distribution that is conditional on a payout of our choice?
Is it possible to use the output from roulette to play an entirely different game of our own design?
I think it's possible, I have been playing with different concepts lately and it's really comforting to know that there really is no limits on the perception of randomness.
This allows one to extract different statistics that May offer something interesting when it comes to finding an edge.

I think it's possible,
Look all is very simple, say we are just before bet, before the spin. If we know nothing about what will happen we are in a situation where every our bet will have -2.7% from what we betted. So if we know nothing about what will be - we play a negative game no matter what we do...
From this follow - if we want to play a positive game - we must know what will happen in an actual spin. I think not need to be a professor that this to understand :)?
Say if is basketball game left 2 sec- our team is 1 point behind opponents but we throw two free throws. How we can win? There is the only way - we must firstly throw both two throws... no other way to win in regular time.
Similar is in roulette - want to win, must know where the ball will land, if not know you have -2.7%. No other way to play a positive game...

Maybe, maybe not, it all depends on the color of the dealers shirt that day, and also it depends if the sky is blue that day you decide to gamble.

From the color of the sky really much depends...but not for these who gamble :).
Are such players who not gamble, but do some logical and clever bets, based on something, about what you never thought...
When you play bowling you understand that is only one direction in which you must throw the ball that will be a success ? And that direction not depends on the color of the neighbour eyes :)
