Carsch's Star Variant progression tweaked.
3 levels: Base level, Recovery1, Recovery 2
Base Level: 1-1-1-4-4-4-16-16-16
Recovery 1: 3-3-3-12-12-12-48-48-48
Recovery 2: 6-6-6-24-24-24-96-96-96
This is just like Carsch's Star Variant system I posted under FlukeyLuke's Star progression topic under General Discussion except instead of starting with a repeat and then a parlay, we start each level with a single bet. If it wins, we are at a new high. Start over.
If it loses, the 2nd bet on each level is a repeat bet and if we lose that the 3rd bet is a parlay.
Remember, on the 2nd bet, if you win then lose, you broke even so play the 2nd bet again.
The progression charted looks like this:
If lose Bet Amt If win
-1 1 +1
-2 1 +1
-3 1 +1
-7 4 +1
-11 4 +1
-15 4 +1
-31 16 +1
-47 16 +1
-63 16 +1
Remember, 1st bet we play once and a win recovers previous losses +1
2nd bet is a repeat bet and a double win recovers previous losses +1
3rd bet is a parlayed bet and a double win recovers previous losses +1
If you lose at level 1, proceed to Recovery1. You will recover at 3 times the rate you lost at in base bet.
If you lose at Recovery1, proceed to Recovery 2.
If you lose all 3 stages, you will lose 630 units.
Try this on a $0.10 (dime) wheel and it's only $63.
Pick your favorite even chance bet selection method.
Test, test, test.

P.S. This works on Blackjack, craps, and baccarat.
Here's a mild variation on the above bet.
Play the following progression:
1-1-1
3-3-3
9-9-9
27-27-27
81-81-81
If you lose at level 1-1-1 go to level 3-3-3.
If you lose at level 3-3-3 to to level 9-9-9. etc...
If you are on level 9-9-9 and you win 1 of the 3 bets, drop down to level 3-3-3.
So if we lose at a level we proceed to the next level.
If we win at a level, we drop back to the previous level and work our way back to 1-1-1.
-360 units if you lose the whole progression.
I know, these are crazy, but they also work!
good for baccarat GLC. another good idea.
