IF A progression has not failed with in 3000 spins is this playable?

With each spin being an independent event in theory there's no guarantee of success.

That being said, there's a better chance of it being playable on the same live wheel than on different wheels or RX (RNG) testing because of each wheel's bias.

A progression can win for tens of thousands of spins, then start failing every few attempts and  then just fail normaly as expected. Been there, done that. If it is for a particular wheel and bet selection based on something, then I don't know a correct answer... but hey - they can change the wheel!
