At spin 259, there are more matched numbers than Turbo's top 3 of 11. There are 13 #'s. 1st 3 horses/numbers, actual winning number is shown in blue.
You'll need to test. If you bet all top 3 their wins are blue and orange.
I think if you monitor top 3 against top 9, you'll need to time top 3, by 3. Top 3 with 23 would become 69 and top 9 has 71.
Can you bet 9 #'s? Purple shows where 21, 1x gave the 9, 2x.
