I have seen at BV the American Wheel with fair odds pays 37+1 on straight up and 18+1 on split. Other inside bets seems to have house edge. The outside bets pays the bet back if any zero.

I could not place a split  0-2 and 00-2, is that not a valid bet on American Wheels? A three number bet 0,00,2 was possible.
The best way to fail, is not to try!
