Progression bets are nothing more than different size bets on different spins. You could get lucky and win big, or unlucky and lose even more.

Mick - Plenty of info. right here on this forums home page. Scan down the page to see "IT & SOFTWARE" over 200 topics on bots etc.

Other topics - look at MM = * Money Management. *On Line Gaming. *Roulette Software. There's also a search section up top near the orange HOME logo.

Your bets are the popular double up progression method known as Martingale. As you only go to 5 Levels that means a risk outlay of $35. That means when you reset to the minimum after a L5 loss it takes 35 wins with nil losses just to break even. How many levels does your table max. allow ? Why stop at 5 ?

BR (bank roll $$$$) is important. Insufficient BR is usually a receipe for failure = playing on a shoe string budget.

An option could be to run nil money stop loss bets at a lower level eg after a L2 or L3 loss to limit losses on a long run of even results = losing on Odd bets & waiting for a trend change.  Other options would be to run different more shallow progressions such as flat betting or fibonacci & many others.

You don't say what on line game you are playing ? Is it live dealer ? RNG airball/autowheel or RNG animated wheel ? Some posters believe RNG cheats (which they are legally allowed to, the same as slots/poker machines do). Others say they do ok on RNG.

As with most things Mick everyone on the forums knew nothing about roulette at some stage of their lives. The advantage you have is that there is a large knowledge bank readily available. Don't forget that spin records are also available which allows testing of ideas.

Anyway welcome to the forum & all the best with everything.

Mick your play MO has a lot of short comings. The main obvious thing is that your Bank Roll (BR) is too small ? Thinking that you will build your BR consistantly & so never lose is extremely naive. Eventually you'll get a negative run of 6,7 or 8 or more back to back losses which will wipe you out in about 5 minutes flat.

You have to be prepared to spend the time & do the hard yards here. You shouldn't expect other players/posters to hand you the definitive answers on a nice shiney golden platter. There's thousands of posts there so even spending weeks reading up on threads will only see you covering a small % of the info. Perhaps you should reread & take on board my earlier post on MM etc. ?

Have a look at RNG on search particularly a thread on "CHEATING RNG SOFTWARE". Also live dealer vs artificial RNG.

As you are playing Betvoyager I know there is a bot that covers that game among some others. It's called Roulette Extreme (RX). Go on google like I just did & you'll find it there. It not free but even the $30 or $50 (depending on the pkg) looks good value for what it does. I have no direct experience with that bot but other posters have discussed it from time to time. Some discuss testing with it & show the RX trend graph.

Also if you go to search up on the top section on the home page on here & type in RX roulette a swag of links will open up all about this bot.

Roulette Extreme is hard to learn, for simple systems like this, you should rather use testmystrategy.com, or youroul.com.

@ Mick

I build bots for any casino, have been doing for years, but some jobs I just decline from doing if I think the player doesn't have a strong strategy, sadly as others have said, your method is too risky, eventually the losses will outrun the wins, what you are doing is very easy to code BUT is a waste of your money and my time, try the test your strategy web site and see if your method will stand up to their RNG.

Sidenote: BetVoyager is probably the safest RNG to play at, hash function etc, so don't believe everything people say about cheating RNG casinos, there are some but BV is the safest.
There's only one way forward, follow random, don't fight with it!

Ignore a thread/topic that mentions 'stop loss', 'virtual loss' and also when a list is provided of a progression, mechanical does NOT work!

By not betting opposite to the wheel but with the wheel = follow the last colour or follow the last odd or even & switch to colour on any loss & vice a versa would have been a winner.

Also up until the demonstrator paused the video at around the 7 minute mark he was winning anyway via betting opposites & would have been in profit with a simple stop loss ? Pausing & stop loss betting as the nil outlay bets spin on, amounts to the same thing anyway.

Other options would have been not to play cheating RNG but live dealer. Party Casino(PC) live dealer has a 2 - 2000 EC limit range & so the min./max. ratio is 1 : 1,000. Paddy Power (although many countries incl. OZ are blocked from having an account due to some obscure compliance rules ?) has a whopping 1 : 12,000 range on EC live dealer bets not the 1 : 300 that the Demo.Video (DV) has.

Mathematically, on a Marty, the DV allows a progression to L9. PC can go to L10 & PP to L14. Whether any player would outlay (= BR bank roll) rather huge amounts to win either 1 or 2 units is another matter ? With stop loss plays starting & continuing from say at L3 or L4 a Marty can be made into a much tougher "animal" to beat than a lot of "EXPERTS" reckon ? Remember going back in time "EXPERTS" decreed that the Earth was flat. Only in 1969 did The Flat Earth Society disband (the remaining 4 members) after the Moon landing, as photos showed good ol' Mother Earth was indeed a sphere.
Even navigators/Pacific explorers like Capt. Cook in the 1760's did their positioning on the knowledge that the World was a sphere.
