so instead of just waiting for an opportunity to arise, learn how to bet the non-hit, whilst waiting for the opportunity to show.
Plain and simple,with an IF, lets say your 1st 10 spins has no repeat, then spin 11 bet those 0x's, if you win spins 11,12,13, you'd be +30, now waiting is worth while or better still move to another table

In fact Twocat tested my stuff for a few 100k spins and it did great actually (going in after 4 in a row). But yep the waiting time is huge. I used the foolproof progression back then.

but here is the parlay:

28-28
14-14
18-18
24-24
32-32
40-40
40-40

so its a 7step double dozen parlay. But you can stop at any step you like. The most important thing is to win the first bet. The rest is always profit.

put the dozens in a 3wide matrix.
if the first 2 dozens are different then bet the same dozens
if the first 2 dozens are the same then no bet
if 0 comes in then no bet
you will see if you go in the parlay and you lose..you still keep some profit....use this to cover 0 !!!

14-35 ...now bet 28/28 on doz 2/3....17win
10-12..no bet
00-36..no bet
18-11...now bet 14/14 on doz 1/2.....4win

2-1-2 win 28
0-1-2...no bet
3-2-2 win 14
2-3-1 lose but same br
1-1-3...no bet
3-1-1win 28
3-2-2 win 14
3-0-2....no bet

The RNG of the simulator is fair. At least there is nothing in the source code that makes the results unfair. Basically it chooses a random wheel and ball speed, and the outcome is determined from them.
