what progression

Dont know if this has been asked but is there 1 progression to fit all methods, or perhaps use 1 method 1st then when appropriate use another.

Hi NTP,

Mmmm, you could use this, as far as I'm aware it's best to use with higher odd bets like DSs and upwards, it can get out of hand using it on anything with less odds....
