Not yet, just played a live dealer game on Sky Casino (Speed Roulette) with the original progression, after 96 spins +67 units, highest bet was 7 units, took about 70 mins for those 96 spins...

Quick update, played another couple of games, live online dealers..I'm quite liking this :)

In my first of the 2 games, 99 spins, standard progression as per the first post, finished +25 units, HB 12 units, LDD -44. With this game I also checked what the results would have been using the Hermes progression attached in the thread, finished +61, HB 5 units, LDD -16. I also ran the results against a progression provided by Winkel in one of his threads titled win as much as you want (search the forum for more info), this finished +37 units, HB 3 units, LDD 0, I think this progression is well worth a look with this system.

The second of the 2 games I finished after 54 spins, bed was calling and I was feeling the wine!! This finished +21 units, HB 5 units, LDD -32 units. I used the Hermes progression in this instance, also, I was going to limit my exposure, as the maximum bet I would have placed would have been 10 units. With this progression, this allows you 26 bets, total BR required 115 units, which is bearable (unlike the full progression which requires a BR of 2000+), with what I believe to be a good return with this method, as you can see I didn't get that far, the max 5 units bet was stage 15 in the progression.

Also with both the Winkel & Hermes progressions, if I get level or reach a new high, I reset.

I find this somewhat interesting.  I'm always reminded of the system titled Goldfinger.  It's a Line bet also.  The author suggests the following bet line: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20 etc...  Move 1 step to the right on a loss and move 5 steps to the left on a win.

Playing rules:

The rule 1: comes into play after 25 spins and you have a hit and the new session balance is -1$ to -15$ and the next bet is 9$ or higher, end this session and begin a new session with 1$.

The rule 2: comes into play after 40 spins and you have a hit and the new session balance is -1$ to -20$ and the next bet is 9$ or higher, end this attack and begin a new session with 1$.

The rule 3: comes into play after 50 spins and you have a hit and the new session balance is -1$ to -$60 and the next bet is 9$ or higher, end this attack and begin a new session with 1$.

The rule 4: comes into play after 65 spins and you have a hit and the new session balance is -50$ to -120$ and the next bet is 19$ or higher, begin a new session with 1$.

These betting rules can be applied to this bet selection method.

It's recommended that you have a war chest of 800 units at least to play this system.

No problem mate.  Since you asked to see Hermes' progression, I thought you might like to see another progression that was a little different.  Also the reset rules make a lot of sense if you want to try to cut losses during a run from the pits.  Maybe they can be tweaked to suit a players playing style.

Some statistics other than just units won would be interesting for us.  Like, how much you win per spin on average?  What's your largest draw down?  What's your largest bet made?  These facts help us decide what to expect when we play.

After this point if you hit on any of the bets, you will not be at a new high, so two choices again, quit and start tracking again or reduce the bet by 10 units and continue playing the same street adding one unit per spin.

So far this has not failed in just over a year playing 1 session a day and the biggest drawdown has been 89 units, before recovering. I play 1 euro units.  Suggest a bankroll of at least 500 units to be safe, you can hit the session from hell right off the bat, which has happened to me, but so far I have always recovered.

I limit my sessions to around 100 spins, with an average return of 50+ units.

Not every method/system works for everyone, this one works for me.

Hi all,

Have back tested this against Live spins (William Hill)    5 sessions.   Most wins were hit in under 10 spins.  However, in each one of those sessions there was a long `un.  Using Hermes (59 but I counted 65 steps) I got a 18 -20 - 22 - 23 and 28 steps to the win.  Not a problem if  big enough BR.   I tested a tweak which was waiting for 3 numbers from 1 street then start betting.   In this instance most wins came within 5 spins or so  No long un`s so swings and roundabouts, making a bit less but made up by the fact that you are playing more shorter runs whilst you would be out of the loop if it became a 28 spin progression.  You can work out max draw-down from this info. depending on which progression you are using.  With the tweak I noticed that there was a max. of 2 D/S`s at any one time so you could play both (with good recording)   Hope this sheds a bit of light on this method.   Personally I think that it is looking great.   (With the tweak I still waited for a column 3 (3 - 36) number to come before looking for the other 2 numbers.     (3 - 9 -12 -15 - 18 - 21 - 24 - 27 -30 - 33 - 36) but perhaps test any 3 numbers from a D/S then bet.

Quick query regarding your tweak, when you say 3 numbers in the 1 street, for example numbers 31,1,5,28,18,4 come out, 1,5,4 are in street 1, or as I would name it double street 1, so we would bet this (double) street. There has been some misunderstanding  on this thread regarding street, and double street, and I just want to make sure, I've got it correct.

Also, in my back testing, I got several long runs of 20+ losses also, and it does get the heart going....out of interest I've attached a test i did against a day's numbers from Speilbank using the progression from Winkel I mentioned in an earlier post.

Yes,  1,5 & 4 are D/S. 1    (1-6)   Yes, I have just done another run of about 60 spins.  Tried 3 different ways and with each there was a run of about 20 misses so I think that it is safe to say that is what we can reasonably expect, though using Hermes progression not too bad unless you have a dickey ticker!!      The three different ways came out about winning roughly the same as you have to wait for 1 series to win before starting another.  If it was not for the prospect of running into a 20/30 run I would be tempted to play 2 D/S`s at the same time.

Just tested 88 Live spins.   11 winners.   Winning on 10 - 3 - 5 - 8 - 5 - 6 - 2 - 11 - 6 - 6 - 4.  With original system and progression would have produced 47 units profit.    Using original system but Hermes progression 28 units.  So no high spin numbers there.   If for instance a 28 run came out with original progression and +1 per spin would be betting a final of 23 units whereas with Hermes 12 units so this would not put you in front and would take perhaps another couple of winning series to put you there but a safer option (for some)  and a lesser BR.

Yes Tom been testing somethink, done 17 tests on old results, brill, played today 1st game goes like a dream, move to different shop and lost.
Hour later same shop similar results as earlier but the win came,so perhaps wont chuck just yet.
