For me, there is no difference than betting 5 lines,

some more if you play 5 lines, you can choose which "No Bet" line as you wish or accordingly to your bet selection.

Reminds me a bit of the James Bond strategy even though its more like betting 2 dozens. That you could also do in 2 variations & i played it with much smaller units. Also tried betting everything other than the 5 coldest numbers.

In both cases it felt very much like "threading waters" getting nowhere (especially the last one of cause), like you would play for 15 mins & then that one bad number hit twice or close in a row taking you back to square one. And the only thing why i pulled ahead was because i had a extra unit on Zero. A brilliant strategy if you are trying to play out a bonus requirement thought  :P

That being said this is not a critique of your low+2 lines strategy. I think its all about finding the "sweet spot" between coverage & loss & could definately be different from wheel to wheel & perhaps down to dealer signature (if one believes in this). A single line or even 2 lines can definately go cold for quite a few spins that its better to play around them than into them.
