I managed to stumble across here im attempt of some research on gambling using VPNs.

Just hoping someone here would have some experience or knowledge as ive landed myself in a sticky situation.

I am from the UK and a frequently play slots and live roulette on a betting website.

However i am currently on holiday in indonesia and couldnt access the website so i used a vpn and viola.

I managed to win a decent amount and withdrew my winnings.

Now ive received a email which says,

We kindly ask you to advise us why your account is being accessed from an IP address located in a different country than the one registered on your account.

We kindly ask you to provide us with an explanation regarding this matter, since unfortunately we won't be able to process any pending withdrawals until then.

We look forward to hear back from you, so that we may assist you with resolving this matter swiftly.
