Which happens more often - Numbers repeating back-to-back OR previous repeating?

Or would results be the same for either one.  For example:  3, 23, 11, 7, 7  OR  34, 27, 5, 21, 5.  And what have you seen with actual play (not testing) is the longest a number hasn't repeated.  So far with online RNG European Wheel on Bovada, I've seen it go as far as 142 spins without a repeat.

Back to back is the most repeating.
Not repeating is the same as longest non-hit. about 700 times.
