The Grid Method.

Over the last week, I have played at Eurogrand Casino. They are a live casino and use the playtech software. I have being pulling my hair out because you only get about 20-25 seconds to place a bet and that is just not enough time for me. I must have went through my whole array of methods looking for one that would fit in with the time constraints. I was just about to give up before I came up with an idea that combines a few of my methods together and seems to work well. More importantly, I just have enough time to work out the bet and get it down on time.

So here it is.

The main idea of this is that you are looking to bet repeaters. It depends on what street appears and what numbers have already come out to determine if there is a bet or not.

For example: If street 1 appears, you can only back the numbers that have already appeared from streets 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11.
So what I need to do first is write out the potential bets.

If street 1 appears. 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11.
If street 2 appears. 1,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12.
If street 3 appears. 1,2,4,5,7,8,10,11,12.
If street 4 appears. 1,2,3,5,7,9,10,11,12.
If street 5 appears. 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9,11.
If street 6 appears. 1,2,4,5,7,8,9,10,11.
If street 7 appears. 1,3,5,6,8,9,10,11,12.
If street 8 appears. 1,2,3,5,6,7,9,11,12.
If street 9 appears. 1,2,4,5,7,8,10,11,12.
If street 10 appears. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9,12.
If street 11 appears. 1,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,12.
There is no street 12 here..

So now what you need to do is draw out a grid.
On the top part of the grid going across, you will write out numbers 1-12. This represents the streets.
Going down the grid, you will need to write out numbers 1-11.
In the first line of the grid going across, 1-1 is empty. 1-2 is empty. 1-3 contains 7,8,9. 1-4 contains 10,11,12. 1-5 contains 13,14,15. 1-6 contains 16,17,18. 1-7 contains 19,20,21. 1-8 contains 22,23,24. 1-9 contains 25,26,27. 1-10 contains 28,29,30. 1-11 contains 31,32,33. 1-12 is empty. Completing the grid is pretty straightforward.

So now you are sitting there with your grid in front of you. As numbers come out, you circle them.
Suppose number 25 is the first number. You will circle all the number 25's in the grid. These are found at 1-9, 2-9, 4-9, 5-9, 6-9, 7-9, 8-9, 10-9 and 11-9.
The next number out is 13. You will circle all the 13's. Now number 13 belongs to street 5. So what you do is look across the line of street 5 and see if any numbers are circled. If they are, you bet these numbers. Obviously here, you have just started. It will likely take a few spins before you start to get any bets.
The number 25 is next. You don't need to circle all the number 25's because it has already appeared.
Number 25 belongs to street 9. Looking across the line of street 9 on the grid, you will see that the number 25 is not a possible bet. Cell 9-9 is empty. You have circled number 13 however in cell 9-4. You will place a bet here on the number 13.
The next number out is 31. You will circle all the 31's. Now number 31 belongs to street 11. Looking across the line of street 11 on the grid, you will see that you have circled two numbers. Those numbers are 13 and 25. You will place a bet on the numbers 13 and 25.
That is basically the idea behind this method. I play it in cycles of 25 spins. After 25 spins, I start a new grid. This does not allow the bets to escalate too much. Towards the end of the 25 spins, I find that I am usually betting around 12 numbers.
There are certain times that I will not have a bet. Obviously if the 34, 35 or 36 appears, their will be no bet on the next spin.
Also, suppose after a number from street 1 appears, a number comes out from streets 1, 2 or 12. I will not have a bet on the next spin.
Here is the full list of when I will not have a bet.
If street 1 is followed by street 1, 2 or 12. NO BET.
If street 2 is followed by street 2, 3 or 4. NO BET.
If street 3 is followed by street 3, 6 or 9. NO BET.
If street 4 is followed by street 4, 6 or 8. NO BET.
If street 5 is followed by street 5, 10 or 12. NO BET.
If street 6 is followed by street 3, 6 or 12. NO BET.
If street 7 is followed by street 2, 4 or 7. NO BET.
If street 8 is followed by street 4, 8 or 10. NO BET.
If street 9 is followed by street 3, 6 or 9. NO BET.
If street 10 is followed by street 8, 10 or 11. NO BET.
If street 11 is followed by street 2, 10 or 11. NO BET.

It is quite easy to play once you get the hang of it. I have found this profitable by just flat betting.

Here is a longer example which will hopefully explain things a bit more clearly.
So you have your grid in front of you and you are ready to start.

The first number out is 34. Circle all the 34's in the grid. There will be no bet on the next spin.

The next number out is 15. Circle all the 15's in the grid.  No bet on the next spin.

The next number out is 13. Circle all the 13's in the grid. Again, no bet on the next spin. Why?

Have a look at the following chart.



If street 1 is followed by street 1, 2 or 12. NO BET.
If street 2 is followed by street 2, 3 or 4. NO BET.
If street 3 is followed by street 3, 6 or 9. NO BET.
If street 4 is followed by street 4, 6 or 8. NO BET.
If street 5 is followed by street 5, 10 or 12. NO BET.
If street 6 is followed by street 3, 6 or 12. NO BET.
If street 7 is followed by street 2, 4 or 7. NO BET.

So the number before 13 was 15 which belongs to street 5. It then went to number 13 which also belongs to street 5. Looking at the chart above, you can see that if street 5 is followed by another street 5, there is no bet.

The next number out is 33. Circle all the 33's in the grid. There may be a bet on the next spin. Why?

The number out before 33 was 13 belonging to street 5. The last number out was 33 belonging to street 11. This qualifies as a potential bet.

Looking across the grid on lane 11, you will see the following numbers circled. 13, 15 and 34. Place a bet on these three numbers.

The next number out is 9. Circle all the 9's in the grid. Once again, there can be a bet on the next spin.

Looking across the grid on lane 3, you will see the following numbers circled. 13, 15, 33 and 34. Place a bet on these 4 numbers.

The next number out is 27. Circle all the 27's in the grid. Now there is no chance of a bet on the next spin. Why?

The number out before 27 was 9 belonging to street 3. The last number out was 27 belonging to street 9. Looking at the chart above, you can see that if street 3 is followed by street 9, there is no bet.

The next number out is 19. Circle all the 19's in the grid. There is a chance of a bet on the next spin.

Looking across the grid on lane 7, you will see the following numbers circled. 9, 13, 15, 27, 33 and 34. Place a bet on these 6 numbers.

The next number out is 12. The 12's are already circled.

I am going to stop here, I am 28 units ahead. I like to play in cycles of around 25 spins. Towards the end of the cycle, you are normally playing around 12 numbers on a bet.

There are a few things to note. By playing from the first available bet, you do tend to go a few units behind on most occasions. The biggest downturn for me in the above session was -51 units. A lot of the wins tend to come around between the 20-25 spin range of the cycle. For that reason, some people may prefer to wait until there are a handful of numbers to bet. My preference is to try and catch a few wins early. There is nothing better than just outlaying a few chips and getting a 35-1 payout.
If you started the bet later, you could go further on than the 25 spin cycle. The hits will be greater, but the outlay will be more. I suppose it is all about personal preference.

So that explains basically everything and is pretty straightforward. I really like this idea. It has performed well in the limited time I have played it. It seems to take advantage of the hot numbers and also is good sometimes at missing out on losing spells. It would be great if someone could put this method into some kind of tracker. It would make it very easy to play.

That was a good cycle for demonstrating all the ins and out of the method.
There are definitely times to bet and times not to bet in the game of roulette. I have tried to incorporate that into this method as best as I can. That appeared to be paying off early on in this particular cycle. Then it hit a flat spot in the middle of the cycle hitting an all time low of -52. That is the lowest I have went so far in all my testing and online play.
The good thing is that it has an uncanny ability to always get back in profit between the 20-25 spin range. Of course I am betting more numbers at this stage, however, it is encouraging to see in all my testing and online play that it is not unusual to hit around 3 winners around this stage. I am finding this always take the 25 spin cycle into profit. The really good sessions are those that have a few hits  early on as well. That really boosts the end result.
