Threeway triplets

Ok, been busy with a simple strat/system the last 2 weeks but need some people help me test it faster with coding or something cuz of the lack of time i have. It's very simple to play so here it goes: start with any random number and put a unit on and spin 3 times, if not hit put an extra unit on it and 1 on the last number and again spin 3 times. If still nothing hit put a 3rd on the first one a 2nd on the 2nd one and 1 on the last one etc. etc. Now if any of the numbers hit and at a new high start over if not delete the fallen number and continue on and keep the 1 2 3 spin going on so only at the third spin a new number. If it happens that a number falls on the third spin delete it like normally but skip putting a unit on a number on that partically 3rd spin and continue further with the 1 2 3 spin. I have good results s far but that goes with every tactic right so if someone will be helpfull and code this it will be much appriciated.
