Once a number is repeated twice, usually averaging ball number 8 or 10, we should bet its two neighbors, WITHOUT betting the repeated number.
Incredibly, once a number is doubled, the Roulette will look again for that number; the interesting part is betting the neighbors but not the number itself.
Example:

Series: 4-10-5-28-17-10
Number 10 is doubled, so we play it's neighbors 5 and 23 (these are the neighbors for an European Roulette with single Zero; this will change depending on the Roulette). So we are -2 chips down.
We continue with 25-36-7-4.
Number 4 is also doubled, so we add numbers 19 and 21. At this point we are -6 chips down (-2 for the previous and -4 for the new bet).
So we are playing four numbers: 5, 23, 19, 21.
We will continue adding the neighbors of the new doubled numbers (and playing the already doubled ones) until our progression sums up -36 chips.
Clarifications
DO NO BET THE NUMBER THAT HAS BEEN DOUBLED.
It will anger us a lot when the number triples. But don't worry! In the end we will finish with a positive balance along the series.
Betting

This betting process varies from all the others, since it does not uses progressions at all.
Once we reach -36 chips as explained in the previous section, we will end that session as lost and begin a new one.
On average, winning sessions will double the lost ones, since we should win an average of 18 chips for each 36 that are lost every time the session loses.
We recommend playing 3 displacements (consecutive series of 36 balls) maximum daily.

It's extremely important NOT to use any type of progression at all.
You might encounter days where you will lose and end with a negative balance, but on a monthly basis the result will be positive.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained...
