I have noticed some time ago this event :

Looking always  from the last number spun  the  ball fall often enough
in this position:  
Example last number 19, bet the 8th,9th,10th,11th....15th numbers(total 8 numbers)
right side from the last number spun on the Wheel.
Next number is 3,(lose) bet  the 8th,9th....15th numbers right side from the last number
spun( NR 3 ), so  we always change the 8 numbers to bet next  .

I think better is wait at least 3 LLLs then start to bet .

Also we can add left side from that last number spun , another
8 numbers (8th.....15th), but  is not easy to place the bets on
16 numbers (using prog.), also wait at least 5-6 Ls before bet.
Maybe flat bet  twice that 16 NRs, after trigger LLL .
Or 4-6  prog. steeps only, after  3 LLLs.

why start from the 8th? what about the 1st to 7th? what about left numbers 8th to 15th=] many ways to play. hope we can find the best!

i will test the 8th....15th right side (already done some hundreds spins).

Test 1 Here. It went smooth. very cool system so far. started with 100€ doubled bankroll.
Had one doubt: do we play next 8 numbers right excluding the one that hit or 7th to the right + the last hit??

did it the first, as you can see in my test. Nice progression. hope, calculations are well done.

So lost? Try the 16 numbers I think it withstand longer.

I have done lots of research over this type of playing with 9 numbers bets but at times you may not get what you are betting upon. I think it would be the best and easiest to bet upon two neighbour bets (10 numbers) from any chosen side of the last number, either you keep at left or right but keep it consistently. Start after three imaginary losses.

I tested different, bet the 8th.....15th numbers from the last number spun.
Also I find a bad run 17 Ls in row    , so I will try with some Lw strategy
and  an interrupted progression.

Lw strategy -   after the first 6 prog. steps lost ,stop and wait WLLL, and
                       bet the next 6 prog. steps.
                   -   after win  still bet until lost the first 6 steeps, because
                        will have some good streaks  WLLWWWLLLLLWWLLLWLWLLLLW

mm maybe another progression to use may be the leveler depending. adjusted according to ur risk threshold

9 numbers * 4 spins X 1 unit
9 numbers * 4 spins X 2 unit
9 numbers * 4 spins X 4 unit
9 numbers * 4 spins X 8 unit   

this is one example max loss would be around 36+72+144+288= 540 units

of course the LLW strategy could be incorporated into this as well

In my opinion/research there is no diference if we bet  10 neighbours numbers
from the last nr. spun, or  if bet  10 numbers (from  8th.....17th) from the last  nr. spun.
The hell session will hit for sure  in both situations(or any), so I think I better use only a
few progression steps (5 or 6 steps) and try to recover Ls and win some units.

I still prefer my wheel based groups(3 Gr/ 12 numbers) in position triangle on the wheel
and bet the penultimate,  or the last to repeat.
Another idea is this :
Imagine the roulette wheel broken in four egual parts( 4 Groups/ 9 numbers)
Now make  16 numbers groups but take  4 numbers from each Group, so we
have groups in  position square on the wheel.  Use only a few progr. steps,
but wait some Ls before bet.

We should try all posibilitys  and  try to find  together what is the best  to  bet.
