That interests me. I play in two online casinos ... win2day.at (only for Austrian players. State licensed) and CasinoClub. Both casinos have different results with ten RNG sessions and the same system.
RANDOM or does every casino have its own RNG generator

You seemed to have reduced the drawdowns...  definitely would need to bot this. 

These are live spins and you can see the original vs your modified version.   

I have tried with different live data it seems to do over 10,000 spins then drops off but the drawdowns in between are managable

YES .... really good ....
I've been playing with the modification since March 1st.
So far, I've always been in the PLUS.
My game approx. 45 min playing time (approx. 500 spins RNG)
0.10 EUR stake.

Your problem is solved ... 
At KIMO LI, I reduced the waiting time to 18 spins
and the first time you win, session stop is activated. You have surely noticed that after a long playing time all the capital is gone.

That is the spirit of a community with the best knowledge to help ... Or at least to believe it. 
I check every code and consider whether there is another way, then I test both variants with 50 RNG of the software and my saved sessions. Only then do I risk real money.   
There is a saying in Austria: "Lieber den Spatz in der Hand als die Taube am Dach."
That's why I like to play short sessions, and if things go negative I stop because a small loss is quickly made up for.
The test of the RX code shows me what I can risk.
