EWalletXpress Down for Good?

Any of you use eWalletXpress as a "middleman" between online casinos and your bank?  Last month I understand it was raided by the United States Department of Justice for "money laundering" and all bettors with monies in eWalletXpress were affected.  Moreover, I noticed the eWalletXpress option to deposit into casinos has been removed.

Have any of you been affected by the eWalletxPress situation?  Personally as a United States resident I nearly lost my whole bankroll had I not had it in online casinos at the time of the raid.
