action against charles scammer - current status

Hello Everyone

I thought it might be helpful if we could collect update of information and plan of action regarding Charles, Simon , Elizabeth et al and the status of any communications with the HSBC bank branch at Brighton which was the account location for fund transfer.

Since it is five months since funds were received by HSBC and despite several letters to the admin office at pppcwealth with no reply, it is evident that the statements and promises made by this team were empty, and quite possibly fraudulent.

Justice is required in this matter and I would be very pleased to work in with those who have made some progress and forward copies of my own transactions.

The principle here is that the high moral card was played by this group for questionably selfish ends, and not the Brotherhood of Man. Universal Justice will ensure appropriate karmic retribution I am certain, but at the day to day level we must ensure this sort of alleged scam is not allowed to go unchecked, and that we act decisively to ensure no repeat occurs.

The quick answer is no- news.

I enquired at the company that I did somework for, with regard to What Could Be Done.

There are things.

They would cost money to persue.

But the first thing they told me.......obvious really.....and has been mentioned...............

FOR THOSE WHO SUSPECT A FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY HAS BEEN/TAKEN/MADE AGAINST THEM, THE ADVISE IS TO CONTACT UR LOCAL POLICE DEPT.
Where ever U are.

If enough come forward to complain.............make a formal complaint..............then action MUST follow.

The POLICE are duty bound to act.

Only needs a hand-full of people to come forward, the Police will start to investigate, the Police dept, will soon co-ordinate their action across counties, across countries, across continents, and results WILL show.

Its Up to U guys who brought this to the fore, to get together, co-ordinate a plan of action, all go to Ur local Police Dept, at the SAME TIME, file a complaint, and start the ball rolling.

The POLICE use the company I mentioned, to facilitate investigations, when the crime is of a sophisticated nature, and involves Computers, Mobiles, Internet and communications.

Have a look at the Metropolitan Police (UK) website on internet fraud. It makes sobering reading that some entities would steal from genuine and massive goodwill efforts such as that being provided to Christchurch NZ after the massive EQ.
