The splits variant of system9 is not really that much different from the streets version.

The splits.

1-4 = 1.

The chart in the opening post is much larger to deal with the 18 splits as opposed to 12 streets.

I copied the chart on to small cards for my visits to B+M casinos. 

So here is an example of how to play system9 splits variant.....

I need to write down 1-18 on the top of your scorecard/paper.

1  2  3  4  5  6  7  8  9  10  11  12  13  14  15  16  17  18.

The first number out is 34 (split 16)

The second number out is 25 (split 13)

So I go to the 16 series in the chart and look for the 16-13. Why? Because the 16 split travelled to the 13 split.

Let’s have a look at the 16 series from the chart.

The 16 series.

16-1 = 1,3,13.

16-2 = 2,4,15.

16-3 = 3,5,17.

16-4 = 1,4,6.

16-5 = 3,5,7.

16-6 = 5,6,8.

16-7 = 7,9.

16-8 = 8,9,10.

16-9 = 9,11.

16-10 = 10,12.

16-11 = 10,11,13.

16-12 = 8,12,14.

16-13 = 6,13,15.  **Here is the 16-13**

16-14 = 4,14,16.

16-15 = 2,15,17.

16-16 = 16,18.

16-17 = 1,16,17.

16-18 = 2,14,18.

So the 16-13 reads 6,13,15.

I need to take these numbers away from the 1-18 line.

That leaves you with....

1  2  3  4  5  7  8  9  10  11  12  14  16  17  18. (15) There are now 15 splits left in the 1-18 line and that is why I have put the 15 in brackets.

Now I need to find out if there is a bet.

The last split out was the 13 and so I need to use the 13 series and look for either one or a combination of the numbers that I knocked out from my 1-18 line. They are 6, 13 and 15. No other numbers that are still to be crossed out can be in one of the rows with the 6,13 and 15.

Here is the 13 series....

The 13 series.

13-1 = 1,6,7. **There is a 6 here. However it’s NO bet because of the 1 and 7**

13-2 = 2,7,9. **NO**

13-3 = 3,8,11. **NO**

13-4 = 4,9,13. **NO**

13-5 = 5,10,15. **NO**

13-6 = 6,11,17. **NO**

13-7 = 1,7,12. **NO**

13-8 = 3,8,13. **NO**

13-9 = 5,9,14. **NO**

13-10 = 6,10,15. **NO**

13-11 = 4,11,16. **NO**

11-5 = 5,11,12. **NO**

11-6 = 6,13. **YES** PLACE A BET ON SPLIT 6 (9/12) ON THE NEXT SPIN**

11-7 = 7,14,15. **NO**

11-8 = 8,15,17. **NO**

11-9 = 1,9,16. **NO**

11-10 = 2,10,17. **NO**

I have had some great wins playing the split variant.

You will encounter even greater winning runs at the backend of this split variant. My record is 23W on the trot. There are times when those last few splits just don’t want to appear.

Anybody that has a basic understanding of system9 will soon work out this split variant.

I have taken out some BIG wins playing this over the last few months.

A few notes......

I tested and played this a few different ways.

One way was just to play until there were about 8 splits left to cross out and then reset. It was brilliant for playing with a very small bankroll. I had a lot of consecutive winning games playing as such. The bad news playing it this way is that you can also get a lot of consecutive losing games.

Another way I played was just to wait until there are two splits left. This has you roughly betting between 10-12 splits. My longest winning run is over 20+. I have not seen many players in all my years at casinos hit 20+ playing 2 dozens or 2 columns. I think this is a far better way of playing to catch some nice WWWWWW streaks.......

Of course you could just play the games all the way through and try and catch the best of both worlds.

Nowadays I like to just see what is happening with it all before I decide to jump in. Time is on your side. The casino is not going anywhere.

One thing that I have never looked at before is seeing what happens when the streets variant is playing along at the same time as the splits variant.

My brain is going into meltdown just thinking about it. Coming up with ideas is the easy part.
Implementing them is a bit more difficult. I will do some more research with this idea and see where it leads. It just seems like one of the two will produce a run and therefore it may be worth looking for both. A bot or 3+ secretaries would be ideal.

Fl, let's say you want to play all the way until only the 18th split is left. Now, let's say you've 2 splits left (the 18th split and another) and there are 15 splits to bet in the next spin. If you win you get only 3 units profit but you stand to lose 15 units. Should you stop there or should you continue to bet the 15 splits?

I am thinking that one of the very few times you would be required to bet 15 streets is if the 18 street has just appeared. That can see you betting more than the normal average. (The same is true with the street variant if the 12 street has just appeared) I would not bet 15 splits. The happy medium is around 13.
