Well lets say that each wheel - no matter if its pesudo-rng algorithms or a real wheel, they will favoring some numbers on a constant basis.
It means that not all 37 uniq numbers will show during a cycle of 37.

Some numbers will have a slight bias due towards random fluctuation, you might call them slight hot numbers showing more often the others and some times true real hot numbers with a high hit ratio.
That will always be the case is that some numbers will have a slight favoring hit ratio then others.

No i know how to divide the outcomes into sequential windows where there is no slight bias with certain numbers favoring.
Does sequential windows come with different length depending on the nature of the random fluctuations behavior.
That way you can measuring the sequential windows being a signature that show at what kind of frequencies repeats appear at.

That way you isolate the outcomes into two states, one with slight bias numbers present and one state with no numbers present with any king of repeats or neighbor hits.
Based upon that you can devleop a signature or march to follow to capture does slight bias numbers depending on what frequencies you find being hitting over expectation.

I know that you can reduce the house edge that way and with good MM you might overcome the negative expectation to manifest a small edge.
But that is with real wheels.
