Techy help needed please

I have a little bit of money in a William Hill account that I use for testing, like to test with real money as I feel it makes me stick to the rules of whatever I'm testing and not get reckless! lol

I play with the downloaded app as the online version doesn't seem to have a low limit table. Recently though the app keeps crashing. I get a message saying the programme has stopped working and it shuts down. Is it something I'm doing wrong or something wrong with the app do you think? I've tried unistalling and reinstalling the programme but it still keeps happening (4 or 5 times an hour at least). I'm not very computer literate so don't know how to sort this.

I know Steve, I'm just using it for testing new ideas I try as I have a bit of money sitting there anyway and can test with small live units, thanks.

And is that for live dealers Iggiv? The only .10 table I can find online is RNG. It's probably me being silly though! lol
