What do we know about Celtic Casino?

Just on a whim, I tried to set up and account and they let me--knowing full well I'm American and live in the U.S.  How do they do that?  How do they get around the law?

Are they a good casino?  Do they pay?  (As if I could win!!)

Well, they offered me a 330% bonus to put in $100.  Why would they do that with play money?

In my experience anything with the name celtic in it should not be trusted,ie celtic football club.
Rangers on the other hand if good

I've always played fun money with Celtic.  However, they would not allow me a real money account being an American resident.

Yep, got an e-mail today.  No Americans.

But that copyright thingy will surely turn some heads.  It's not fair to the musicians and all the rest, but it will cause a stir.

Imagine all our music--and the world's--being legally stolen in Antigua and distributed to the world with no royalties.  Yep, that's going to put some noses severely out of joint.
