excel formula help

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with formula for excel - may be too complicated but will ask anyway, working on something just now, will post once complete if any reasonable results come from it
what I am wanting to do, is set excel up to to indicate the next bet selection of numbers, as oppose to looking it up manually which i find takes too long, may not have enough time to place the bets i want

this bet selection is based on wheel distances

it is a 12 number bet, my three bets are based on the following
bet 1 - are distances (1 to 6 - either side of last number spun)
bet 2- are distances (7 to 12 - either side of last number spun)
bet 3 - are distances (13 to 18 - either side of last number spun)

is there any way to put this in to a formula for excel to show the appropriate numbers to bet, rather than having to manually count the distances on the wheel before placing the bets

so for instance last number is 29, and say bet selection is 1 - would want excel to show the 6 pockets either side of 29 to bet on, so for this example the bets would be 18,22,9,31,14,20,    7,28,12,35,3,26

any help would be appreciated

I could make that work using the Index formula. 
I just need a list of numbers in the order they appear on the wheel.

you do not need excel for it .....what you can do is get this program //dealer signature// and then download spin master having both programs running you can get results from dealer signature and plug them into spin master....job done dealer thing i will attachh but i do not have other one...hope it helps...few years ago i did tested this way but did not dedicate enough time to it...what i remember is that no matter what you will get same results same sleeping times for streets double streets...and so on..
