What did I have with my meal?

I just had 3 rounds (3 pieces of cut bread) toasted on one side, and then covered in Mild Cheddar cheese, and then grilled to melt the cheese, for my evening meal..........
Question is.............can U guess what topping I had on the cheese?

There were two toppings, one classic, and one not so familiar......can U guess what they were?

Topping One.............?
Topping Two.............?

One point for guessing one of the toppings correctly, and Three points if U get both of them right.
