What are the minimum and maximum table limits you know?

Old question: if random and house edge ought to be enough to make systems tank, why impose limits at all? Surely the more one could bet, the more the house could win, right? Where they put a barrier there is something they find it worth protecting. I'm thinking it has to be in some relation to the HE, so it should be more or less constant in all tables. But is it?

1. Casino Lisboa
2. Casino Estoril  - Single Zero wheels, american bank. No La Partage or En Prison rules. Minimum for straight numbers is 1 unit, maximum is 10 units. There are other tables in the VIP room, where the minimum is 2 units. If the maximum is 20 units, there's a constant.

Specifying the limits in terms of units is important. It seems on some tables the minimum is 5 dollars for ex. but after that you can raise the bets by one dollar. So in this case the minimum is 5 units.

If on Double-Zero wheels the maximum is much higher than ten times the minimum, it means they're relying on the house edge to let you wager more.
