sleep street

I got an idea to test but i dont have the tools for it. We al know that a street(3numbers) can sleep for a long time. So i was thinking why not wait till 1 street is left with no hit on it and then bet for it to sleep for a long time. Streets can sleep easy between 30-160 times. So bet all the streets but the sleeping/remaining one. A hit on the street ends the session and retrack. So example street 9 is left after about 20 spins tracking and then keeps sleeping another 25 spins you win 14 units. If the street hits on say spin 22 you lose 9 units and restart. So i need to test how often and how long average streets sleep, can somebody get this info?
