I need a little help, i have got a roulette system which means you have to note down a few spins before you place your "proper bet" but to get those numbers you need to place a bet. Are there online casinos that allow you to spin the wheel without placing any bets?

I have never come across a Microgaming RNG with free spin yet, can you point out an actual casino Proofreeders2000?  I know most Playtech and NetEnt casinos allow free spin.  BV does allow 3 free spins now, but then you have to bet at least once to get another 3 free spins.
