Ambidex (I don't get it)

I have ambidex. I have read it. I have also seem explanations
by people, GLC being one of them.

And I don't get exactly how to move or adjust bet positions or
toss wins out (like to the 2nd or 4th position) etc.  I don't understand
the rules.

Can someone explain it, monkey stupid (even though I am monkey stupid
for not getting it?)
