Rg, i read what you wrote, and you got it wrong. Yes i sell things. But im not desperate, and i dont supress things. If the hg was here, id say lets test it. Rubbish i would supress it. I put truth well before pride or profit. Please dont say i would supress a winning system, because its not true.

I say you can only win by increasing the odds because its true. Thats not supression. Its the damn truth.

It is not something against you, but you dont appear to understand WHY its the truth.

There are odds, and payouts. They are different things. The payouts are unfair for the odds, so the only way to win is by increasing your odds. No betting progression can change odds. Only accurate bet selection can.

Its not some conspiracy to sell stuff. Its just plain fact. Ask anyone anywhere with experience. Again its not something agsinst you, but please dont say things like i supress truth for profit. Thats not who i am

Rg you still dont believe it. Me explaining why a system like the martingale fails has nothing to do with business. its just fact and im trying to help people. You dont know me. Im far more interested in truth and helping people than money. i already live comfortably.

Need to say, it is true. :(

Well I'll say it again.....neg. progression is an admission that your bet selection has no edge.
Mild Pos. Progression has a place if you are certain that your bet selection has an edge....although it should work flat betting

It was once said (don't ask me by whom!) that a progression could turn a flat-bet winner into a loser.

Why, you are asking, crying and tearing your garments..........

That old devil variance.   >:D

Yep.

I dont need you to tell me the martingale fails. I know this.
the key to winning with systems : play for a statistically irrelevant number of spins

very simple. let's create a situation where you bet 19 numbers which on average win flatblet 2 times out of 3 on a first spin. Which means you win 2 times 17 units and lose 1 time 19 units which make average win of 15 in 3 sessions. Making it 5 units profit per session. Let's make it progression of only one step. You lost 19 units and bet now 38 units. And you lose how much total on the next spin? Right, 57 units. Instead of 19. Where you were in profit of 15 units now you are -13.

Yippee - another strategy to test. :D

18 spins on Celtic just won me 126 units flat betting (W13 and L5) - 19 numbers selected totally at random each time.

Question is do you rebet the same numbers if you lose - I did.

Just for fun, but it put a smile on my face  ;D not having to use a pen and paper, wait for three spins, stand on one leg or take away the number I first thought of. :P
