Question about accounts

Is there a rule against multiple accounts by the same person ?
I understand that allowing it could be seen as a way for some people to deceive others, in this case I'm just asking because I have a "play around/goof off/fun" account "turbogenius" and a serious account "TurboGenius" (you know it's serious when I use capital letters !!  lol)
If this isn't allowed of frowned upon then I'll have one removed.
Figured I would ask - I know having more than one account can cause problems if that ability is misused.

Ive brought this up before. I have a knack for knowing when theres a dual poster

When i was testing grassroots and posting excel charts everyday i was berated by the same guy under 3 names to make it look like i was out numberd or something

People use them for back up in their own posts or similar but it would look silly if little turbo kept backing big Turbo lol
People use vpn to hide their real ip but they make mistakes and log in on the original IP lol (dont they Mike lol)
Have to get up earlier than that to catch old Turner out.

Yeah those tricks (VPNs) are rarely effective against someone who knows what they're doing but people still try don't they.
I think it would be fine, using the same basic name or a variant of it.
People using just outlandish names on multiple accounts would look suspicious to me.
XYZZCYZ and then AJDH13422  (lol) but turbo and Turbo I would think wouldn't break any rules, just wanted to ask.

I dont see a problem with multiple accounts if you wanted to use different systems for different accounts, but generally ill delete obvious duplicate accounts that arent being used, unless im requested not to for some reason.
