This *seems* to work from the first test, but it's to early to say if it works or not. Trend was positive/neutral from the first test....but more testing is needed.

Procedure: Wait for a hit in column 1 or 3, now bet the unhit part of that doublestreet hit with 1 quad. (That High or Low hit will be your playground) Also put 1u on the opposite H/L. Now +1u for each loss. Wait for a second hit in column 1 or 3 then repeat procedure: -bet that unhit part of that particular doublestreet hit with 1 quad.  And +1u bet, (same amount bet in the opposite H/L).

This progression is not perfect, but it can take up to 2-3 losses, after that it's just a reduction of losses, (to keep drawdowns as low as possible...)

Ignatus,
Would you show an example?  Say number 27 hit, where would you place your bets?

if number 27 hits quad 25/29 would be bet, also 1u on LOW. then wait for a hit or a second hit in column 1 or 3 in High. IF that happens, a second quad is bet....

So if a second quad qualifies before the first quad gets a hit then you are betting on both quads with a separate progression or do you just switch the quad
you are betting on to the newly qualified quad and continue the progression?

Yes that's right, when the second quad hits +1u on both quads, and the same unit bet on the opposite H/L. After that +1u for each loss, until hit (and always same amount bet on the opposite H/L)

Yes I like this system.  Good job!
Here is an example where it did dip very low but that was due to a period of 8 zeros in 20 spins!! So nice recovery with +1 on loss -1 on win.
Max progression was +18 on each quad and 36 units on the opposite Low/High
Need a good bankroll to account for this of course but this shows how with many zeros it can recover well.

And when 3rd Quad hits? Include it also, no?

No, only 2 quads are bet
