Quote from: kingdombunnies on Jun 11, 02:45 PM 2016Was he really lucky? Or did he found a way? And what are your thoughs about it?

And how to turn this in a system that would work long term? Or is this only short term and quit after you make 2-3 rounds profit?

To be honest I am tempted to test this out. But a 1000 euro is a lot for me

Either way, I think it is interesting

Short answers first...
Yes he was lucky. Not REALLY lucky as you say but just lucky. Did he found a way? Tbh i think no. If so there could be some chance his system to be a longterm winner. But since there is nothing to observe there (and based on his betting patterns looks pretty sloppy one. it's not making me think that this old man had somthing observed/discovered and waited on triggers)

Can it make profit after 2-3 rounds (and short term generally)? Yes. Like ALL mechanical systems. But you can't copy that system into long term. Long term it has negative return and you will see it into your pocket stacking the loss spin after spin after hunderds spins slowly...

If you wanna try it don't waste more than 100 euros (my opinion) and surely it's not anything promising to be tested in 1million+ spins. There are better systems i think that are worth to be tested more thoroughly.

ok.. talking is enough. If you don't believe me that it won't last on long term as you want, try it out.but play it responsibly with money you can afford to lose (because you will if you go for it longterm). I can give you a short analysis with few maths in any chance not to waste time or money testing it in real life. so...

Total Profits or Losses: -800
Average : -800/37 = -21.62162162

So... -21,6 euro per spin (or actually -0.216 Units/spin. for 100 Euros base unit like yours that is -21,6 euros/spin ). That would be your negative expected return per spin. You may easily be or start ahead in the short run but in the long run that "built in" -21,6 per spin will start to show up.

Have fun around, welcome to the forum and keep it safe in playing :)

Thnx @BellagioOwner for the detailed post :)

I really appreciate it. I think I will test it out using 100 euro's. Of course I will ask Lady Luck to be nice on that day :p

No really appreciate your suggestions as well. I have been playing more "smart" the past weeks rather than just throwing money out the window :)

Meaning I quit while I have lost a little rather than keep on going hoping to win.

Thanks for welcoming me and yes I will keep on safe while playing
