The only way to beat roulette is by increasing accuracy of predictions (changing the odds). This is possible on many real wheels.

I think i found something here(?) this is similar to "General Cluster" but played with 3x3 Wheel Sectors (9 numbers bet). I need help testing this,

Procedure: For each spin, bet 3x3 numbers sectors from the history of spins; spin 2,3,4 always bet.

For an example, 4 last outcomes

29 <--Last number IS NOT BET
24 <--This number is bet (and it's 1 neighbour; 3 numbers bet)
0   <--This number is bet (and it's 1 neighbour; 3 numbers bet)
17 <--This number is bet (and it's 1 neighbour; 3 numbers bet)

Progression: 1 1 1 2 2 3 4 5 6 STOP, (remember to bet NEW numbers for each spin, same numbers are NOT bet).

Wheel neighbours (European Wheel)

0= 26,32
1= 20,33
2= 21,25
3= 26,35
4= 19,21
5= 10,24
6= 27,34
7= 28,29
8= 23,30
9= 22,31
10= 5,23
11= 30,36
12= 28,35
13= 27,36
14= 20,31
15= 19,32
16= 24,33
17= 25,34
18= 22,29
19= 4,15
20= 1,14
21= 2,4
22= 9,18
23= 8,10
24= 5,16
25= 2,17
26= 0,3
27= 6,13
28= 7,12
29= 7,18
30= 8,11
31= 9,14
32= 0,15
33= 1,16
34= 6,17
35= 3,12
36= 11,13

(First test was played with 1u bets)

Good one Ignatus!
Yes I know it is not the same, but the statistics is interesting in @Winkels Pump it up:

Maybe playing this with the neighbors on the marquee also?

Thanks :)

Well, betting a 5 numbers sector is no good idea, i've tried it in so many ways, and it failed, furthermore betting the LAST number hit and it's neighbours is no good bet either, recent old sectors like to repeat, but a repeat of the current sector hit is rare imo

Yes it is the same with me I have also tried the 5 numbers bet in all kind of different ways.
As winkels says:
1. only wheel
2. only mat
3. both
But as you says it works sometimes and sometimes not. So not constant winnings.
The statistics is there like winkel says:

NO! They can´t. As long as LOTT or ChiSquare is on duty, there must be hits.
Longest nonhit-sequence ist 7 to 8 spins. (If there are no sectors overlapping 7 times plus 2 single #s)
....
But it can go really high in betting a lot of numbers.
I like your approach with 3x3 and I think we will cover the nonhit sequence that winkel is talking about...
