This is a 15 numbers bet-- a sector of 14 numbers/neighbours +number hit. (se pic) The main idea IS that numbers use to hit in clusters, on the wheel.

I was thinking NOW that it may be a good idea to shift target, only stay with the same bet for X number of spins, then shift target??? This is TESTINGZONE so, all ideas/tweaks are welcome.  :)

The way i played it was stay with the same bet until win or lose, using a negative fibonacci progression(+1 step for each loss)
1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34... And it worked pretty good, but maybe too agressive? perhaps winkel's prolonged fibonacci could be used? Or any other kind of Ladder-progression? THIS is one major issue with this system, the progression.

When it comes to betting a 15 number sector, this must be explained. I use the term "Keynumber" by that i mean that single number you bet with 2 neighbours (5 numbers bet), using that function all live tables have. I wrote down all keynumbers for those who want to test & tweak this system. So, the procedure is to bet the current number hit and it's two neighbours AND two keynumbers. 5+5+5 numbers bet.(see pic)

First test 7/10 games won. THIS may be improved by

1) Find a better progression(?)
2) Shift target after X spins(?)

Still i think the stoploss/wingoal is optimized, (wingoal +200u, stoploss -300u). A higher wingoal could be tried,(?) (but that would involve greater risk ofcourse).

NOW i tweaked your idea even further, I tested your way (shifting target every spin, and a 112233..progression) BUT it lost. SO, i played the same spins, but with another method (see chart);

(1) Bet the sugtips way, (11 numbers)
(2) STAY on the same bet for ONE cycle for 11 numbers (3 spins) THEN shift target.
(3) Progression 111 222 333 444....and so on...+1u bet When one cycle (3 spins) is lost, for the NEXT target
When hit, stay on the same bet, for the next target, OR -1u in the progressionline, depending how far the progression has gone, and how close you are reaching a new high.

Soon i'll post the Keynumbers for the sugtips bet!

They way i play it, i stay on the same level bet, (until reached a new high). There is an exception to this rule, and that is when you're CLOSE to a new high you could go back 1-3 steps.

I don't know if it's possible to tweak the progression further? i must do alot of testings.... i need help, (to find the best progression). But then i'll try Oscar's Grind on a losing session with negative progression... we'll see.. so far 3/4 Games won with the new tweak.

Tweak no.2

(1) Stay at the same bet for 2 cycles of 11 numbers (2*3=6 spins) THEN Change target/bet.
(2) Don't use any negative progression, play with positive progression; OSCAR'S GRIND only.
(3) IF Hit before the 6 spin cycle has ended, change target/bet.

I played my old negative progression, (111222333...etc) AND it failed/lost (as you can see in the first chart!) THEN i played with Oscar's Grind (with the same numbers) and that losing session WON (As you can see in the second chart).

(1) Stay at the same bet for 1 cycle of 11 numbers (3 spins) THEN Change target/bet.

so far, 4/5 games won. We'll see if this luck holds...

Thanks yourself Sugtips, it was a valuable time wasted! I'm officially giving up this one after now 2 losses in a row. (3 losses out of 7 games played) it WAS a valuable time wasted, because i learned what does NOT work, and obviously this "sector neighbour-bet" doesn't work. I guess it's the first thing any player would try with a wheel strategy, so this is a beginners trial and error. im moving on, leaving this strategy now, (sugtips don't waste your time with this one!), but thanks for your inspiration and your support!
