Increase Payout Question

Lets say im playing only Low and High even chances

Bet placed: 10
Bet won:::: 20
Profit::::::: 10

Is there a way to increase the payout by playing streets,lines,dozens,etc?

I thought of playing 6 corners (Example LOW EC, 1-4, 2-6, 7-11, 8-12, 13-17, 14-18) numbers in column 2 have two bets

Bet placed: 10 (6 - 1 each corner  & 4 on Low)
Bet won:::: 17 (numbers on column 1 & 3 & low)......or...... 24 (numbers in column 2 & Low)
Profit::::::: 7 or 14 depending on which numbers won

A little Sacrifice to get that double win sometimes.  But my question is...

In the long run is it worth it based on a 50/50 game? (No house advantage, just talk 50/50 scenario)
Is it better just to stick to EC? because it averages back to 50/50 for payout....
Is there any other way to actually increase the payout with different combinations?

What if Im playing just 1 dozen at a time? Is there a way to increase payout for that?
What if Im playing just 1 line at a time? Is there a way to increase payout for that?

It seems o average out to just playing the EC unless a number in that section gets hot.
