Flatbet Against Rare Events

This was just an idea i had, wanted to test.. but inspiration from another gamblers story (that i won't tell)...it's flatbetting against "rare events" what im looking for IS two numbers of the same color hit within 1-3 STREETS from eachother, Then i flatbet the opposite color on the remaning streets. IF a color repeat within the SAME street, then i bet all numbers of the opposite color except within that particular Doublestreet. Also, i don't bet more than 2 times, (if the same color repeat within the same area)...

How could it work? Don't ask me!  Im just testing this from a gamblers story i heard. And HE was playing Even Chances,.. this is just something i figured, (to play with straightups+ the trigger/system) same odds? 50/50 yes? no? How could i win? the odds for 2 of the same EC and that a Third of the same EC will hit again is not the same probability? Maybe the ODDS are the same, but the probability is not the same?...
