OK, woke up this morning, and had this great idea!  >:D But this need to be tested more...

Procedure: Wait for a hotnumber (a repeater from the last 10 spins) Now, you bet that hotnumber and it's 2 neighbours on the wheel (5 numbers bet, using that function all live-tables have) THEN you bet this particular sector, until Hit, or until Stoploss or Tablelimit is reached.

Progression: First do 7 spins, then +1u until hit.

Yes, you're right, this was not one of my best. Negative progression without a stoploss is disaster, i know,.. but it could be tweaked by playing a short negative progression then STOP. Because you have to recover if a loss happens, so better keep the progression short.
