Is or has anyone been a croupier.

What are they taught when practicing how to complete a spin.

What are they told to try, like avoid the last spin, try to move consistantly around the wheel, etc.

To vary spin speeds, and roll along the ball track to avoid damage.

 You can get used wheels for about us2500 but they are usually in crap condition. It's best you wait for one with only cosmetic problems and without ball track problems. Better used wheels are about $5000

They are taught to place the dolly on the winning number and scan the table for all winning bets, then sweep the table clear of losing bets, and they are taught the correct sequence to pay out any winning bets that remain.

They are taught the correct way to announce each result.

They are taught to release the ball close to the last number out (why? I really don't know, must be legislation?).

They are taught to pay attention to which players have what colour chips and to keep an eye on cash chip players to avoid conflicts.

They are taught to go to the toilet before a table spell, and if that fails, to hold in their need to relieve themselves or call for replacement.

They are taught how to react and respond to any alarming behaviour around the table.

They are taught the dexterity of how to handle chips and stacks of chips efficiently.

They are taught relative addition and subtraction for efficient and accurate table transactions.

They are taught how to finalise all necessary addition and subtraction in full of the eye in the sky.

They are taught how to conduct themselves amicably despite the madding crowd.

They are taught to call the pit boss whenever things are unclear.

They are taught to include the pit boss in any sizeable transaction.

They are taught to request replacement if they know personally, as friend or acquaintance any player at the table.

They are taught so much stuff and so much more, that only the most professional croupiers make it upstairs, where the pressure is even greater.

They are taught all this and work hard hours all for a measly minimum award wage.


So do you really think they have the time and or inclination to exhaust even more energy trying to f*ck you up with precise pocket avoidance techniques?

They are taught to say (along with a sweeping hand gesture), "No more bets !" just as the ball starts its inexorable descent, bouncing about, and ultimate fall into what some claim is a pre-determined pocket !

Some of your plus points should be taken away for this unforgivable omission on your part !!

DoctorSudoku you can with eye observation tell if a dealer change the spin.

For example assume i take the dealers release number when dealer spin the ball with weak force, and with middle force and with strong force and push the rotor with weak force, and with middle force and with strong force and push with any mix combination between ball/rotor. Very random. But ...

To make this clear let me explain how you take the dealers release number.
First you have to determine the wheels drop zone, that means what vertical deflectors get most hits.
Then you can determine what will be your reference deflector.

Assume you have a vertical reference deflector based upon the wheels drop zone - then each time the dealer pick up the ball with hes/she hand and spin the ball with unknown force you wait for the ball to pass your reference deflector once and on the second lap when ball is over your reference deflector you watch what number is below the deflector.
You repeat the same formula for each spin to take dealers release number.

Now you have a release number and you wait for the ball making one more lap and you watch what number is below reference deflector when ball is over it, then you might see that the ball(rotor has travel 10 pockets between the release number and the second reference number, then again you wait for more lap and take a third reference number and then the ball/rotor has maybe been traveling 13 pockets.

That is one particular spin with certain ball/rotor combination - next spin might create another pattern like 8 pockets and 10 pockets.
The ball speed and rotor speed and combination is different.

But each time you get same pattern to repeat you have similar spin with similar speed/combination.
That is how you determine if ball/rotor speed and combination are similar.

There is another know method based upon the same principal with the name - Wheel Mapping.
With the example above you would just see in what sector the ball end up more then the others to determine where to place your bets.

With eye only you can get a feel for a sloppy, medium and fast spin/rotor
But more important is to know ball/rotor combination being similar to determine where ball will land.

This is the nature of a dealers signature based upon physics or visual ballistics and the estimation is done long time before
No More Bets.

You're right Dr. S,

They can place far more pressure on player's with an early NO MORE BETS call then they can do trying to hit certain sectors.

Take my plus points or perhaps just jizz me!
