if you are sure that you will always get more wins than loses so simple follow wins

I would try to press one unit up for every 4 wins in a row. When loss happens go back to one unit, for instance profit is $14 per $22 bet , 4x14=56-44 if lost you would still have 12 profit left over, however if you win again its another $28 instead of $14.
