Procedure: Track until any
column hits twice in a row (qualifier)

After the qualifier bet the next
ascending street once.  If win end session. 

Otherwise continuously bet the last
decision's numerically higher street each spin.

Example:
...0,12,31,7 (newest spin-value)-qualified

Bet s10-12 once:    1.) 2(x)-1

Bet s4-6 once:        2.) 19(x)-1

Bet s22-24 once:    3.) 0(x)-1

Wait one spin....#35 (trigger)

Bet s1-3 once....
