It probably should be for a lot of players who get sucked into the game. A lot of Casino staff who I meet and have a chat with like to say 'oh, it's just a bit of fun and by that I suppose they mean you should expect to lose. I have never met any staff who believe you can win at the game and some of them have dealt the game for 20-30 years.
