What is the rule of the Red/blue Tie ? maybe the first card with the same score define the red/blue Tie ?

In the Main Road format, ties are NOT displayed as a separate circle, but simply as a GREEN line across the most recent circle drawn.

More specifically,  a tie is noted with a green line through the previous Player or Banker win.

If a Banker is followed by a tie, the GREEN line will be through the RED circle.

If a Player is followed by a tie, the GREEN line will be through the BLUE circle.

If there are multiple ties, then they will be represented by multiple green lines across the same red or blue circle (in some displays, a small number appears adjacent to the green line with that number representing the number of ties).

As to whether you should record ties or not yourself (when you are doing the recording by hand), it depends whether or not the method / strategy that you are using at that moment imputes any importance to the tie outcomes (it it does, then of course you record the tie outcomes as they appear -- otherwise, you do not).
