I found this forum when I was searching around to see if anyone had made a roulette number generator.  I couldn't find such a tool, so I made one and posted it on my website.  Unfortunately, because of forum rules I can't post the link here.  The best I can do is to tell you to search for my name, go to my home page, and from there you should be able to figure out what to click.

If you believe it is IMPOSSIBLE to win at Roulette long-term, then you will never win. ... But, if you believe anything is possible, then you will find the way.

According to their FAQ"

"The numbers are as random as possible with computer-generated randomness. The random number generator uses, as a random source, the same algorithms that are also used by modern encryption methods. These encryption methods are considered as crypto safe and therefore can not be predicted. In no case will the numbers be influenced in such a way that anyone wins or loses on purpose."

I've played probably a couple thousand rounds with their simulator, and it seems to play just like any other RNG Roulette that's out there, sometimes it even seems harder to win.  What I like is that it shows a bunch of statistics of your session. I really love their Balance graph, it's pretty detailed, I like the way it shows the fluctuations of my wins/losses and negative/positive Balance.

Plus, it's FREE!
