Turbo's Top3. On the excel it all goes left to right. What it's asking is for the top3 to start the next lap.
But it's open to more runners or numbers, like his reply 9, the 4th -5- 6th placed pay better than 35-1.
On Rays games the #12 is the 4th on the lap. But it comes. Would you bet it before becoming  a top 3.

Gian the average that says 30 of the starting 37 hit usually bt 60 spins.

Now if the non-hits were say -5 at 40th spin; then why not bet for the non-hits. But here they were -1 to the +1 for repeats.
