My neighbour bet strategy

I have been looking for new strategy which is very famous already. Neighbour bets. What i have found is that if you place bets on minimum 3 neighbours of last number appeared on board then you will be in profit. But, for this you will have to wait untill this system loses atleast 28 times out of 30 spins. After achieving this pattern, start betting and you will be in profit for next 100 spins.

Can anyone make excel tracker for such system?
