This is the method that I have been playing lately and having luck. It only costs $105 and varies slightly from the first method. In the first method, a win on a straight up number resets the level, but this resets all levels.

Play starting from level 1, when you run out of chips, then go to level 2. Play any bets. If you win, then rebuild the stacks. A straight up win with the bet amount will reset all stacks.

I use this method at the casino so I know when to increase my bet without having to do a lot of calculations.
